"Spring" Hybrid Card

Design by: Christine Traversa

Designer note: The majority of this card was created using Adobe Photoshop Elements 3.0. I constructed the card in PSE first. Then after printing, I folded the card. I reprinted the black box and "spring" elements, and trimmed them, leaving a thin white border. Then, I adhered these elements to the card front using the foam squares.

Supplies:
Digital kit: Sweet and Spicy Spring Kit ©2006 by Gina Cabrera of www.DigitalDesignEssentials.com
Cutterbee scissors, Tonic trimmer.
Therm o Web Peel n Stick Foam Squares.
Misc. smooth white cardstock

Design by: Tami Mayberry

Designer note: For the words on this card I used a journaling block for the base and then cut one long border strip into sections to for the side greeting.

Pattern Papers, Jounal box, "Strip Tease": Cosmo Cricket (Dutch Girl line)

Ribbon: Creative Impressions
