Hello CPS readers! Tami here with a quick update. We have some changes coming to CPS over the next few months so I wanted to take just a minute to personally share the update with you.
First off, after 5 years, I've decided CPS needed a new look! That also means a new blog badge for anyone who wants it :) You can either grab one from the sidebar or simply save it from this post. Just right click on the image, save to your computer and you're all set!
Secondly, all of our sponsor spots for the year have been filled and I'm sure you will be very excited to see what they have in store for you. We will continue to have weekly sponsor throughout the months of March and April. Starting in May we will be changing things up a bit. We will be featuring a new sponsor of the month during the first week of each month. Readers will then have the rest of the month to participate in the sketches (there will continue to be a new sketch each week) for a chance at the prize from the featured sponsor which will be given away at the end of the month and drawn from *all* entries that month. Many readers have mentioned that they can't get to all of the sketches with just a week's time so this change will give everyone the whole month to create with the sketches and be entered for the monthly prize!
And finally, after 5 years here and some recent health issues, I have also decided it's time for me to take some time off from CPS. No worries though! I couldn't stand the thought of closing the blog down so I have asked a few of the CPS designers to help out in my absence. I will still be creating sketches for the site but that will pretty much be the extent of my involvement for a while. Jeanne Streiff will be taking care of the organizing, updating and coordinating with our wonderful sponsors. Laura Williams will continue to coordinate our Sponsor Spotlight on Wednesdays. Lee Murphy will be keeping everyone up to date on our Fan Page at Facebook and coordinate the Featured Fan part of the blog. I am also excited to share that Vicki Garrett will be taking my spot on the team. I'm sure you will love her work! A huge thank you to these ladies for all of their help.
As for me, although I won't be here at CPS for a while and will be reducing my commitments, I will still be designing/illustrating/writing and have some exciting projects in the works. I'd love for you to stop by my blog and say hello if time allows.

Hope things are well for you, I am so glad that there will be more time to play in the challenges, I never played before, I am to slow, I could never keep up. Now I'll have a chance to play, stay well!
